Scarlet Spider (New Earth)

Secret Origins: Created in mass alongside clones from most other superheroes like Connor Kent and Hyperion by request of Lex Luthor during his tenuere as Director of HAMMER as a plan as to replace most heroes with individuals which he could control as of to his personal agenda, Ben was made out a piece of DNA left by Spider-Man during his first fight against Venom and recreated as a clone by the ex-renegade Bioengeener from ARGUS, Dr. Miles Warren.
Originally equipped with a copy of both Peter's costume and webshooters and sent to kill Peter and take his place, Ben however started to breakdown at the fact that he wasn't the real deal. Miles monotoring the fight after seeing Ben starting to doubt Ben's alliegeance and the possible compromise of the mission figured if Ben wouldn't kill Peter, he'd sent someone that would not only kill the original but also kill Ben, sending one of the many disfigured clones after the both of them, or as Warren called him, Kaine.
Scarlet Spider: Ben and Peter's brief scuffle would be ended as Kaine arrived, deciding to put aside the hostility for the moment, ultimately fighting and winning against Kaine. 
Figuring his precense would be more of an extra issue to Peter's life, Ben decided to back down and leave New York as to start a new life for himself away from the Peter Parker persona, moving onto Star City under the name of Ben Reilly alongside with a new identity as the Scarlet Spider, modifyng his original costume and webshooters as also adding in a hoodie in which he added the classic spider-logo onto.
As the Scarlet Spider, Ben has most if not all of Peter's abilitties and powers, however Ben is mostly caracterized for using more tech during his stints as a vigilante, creating different sorts of gadgets he'd implement onto his mask as creating an special type of webbing for his shooters, Impact Webbing.

Notes:
So the Scarlet Spider, really interesting concept that wasn't that much touched on during the 90s but was rather executed much better during the 2000's under Christopher Yost's amazing run on the series (which funny enough didn't feature Ben at all), this is one character I've been wanting to do ever since I started making micros (the suit specially as it was one of the first redesigns I ever did) and I figured since Ben is returning to the Scarlet Spider identity (with a suit that for me is rather dissapointing, though I am warming up to it as time passes) I'd actually get arround to uploading a piece on him.
