Even the Reverse Flash has a rival

Story: Motivated by the murder of his brother, August would go onto becoming a cop at the CCPD Police Department and eventually, becoming friends with the department's resident forensic scientist Barry Allen.
The night the particle accelerator exploded and hit the entire world, it hitted August as well, though unlike most, it didn't gave him superhuman abilitties. For a time. August would go onto a coma for months, after waking up finding a much different world than the one he left, people with powers, ''superheroes'', even people at the CCPD changed, one of these being Barry, out of the sudden, Barry was a much different person that the one August knew, colder, more calculated, some would say he was the reverse of who he was, and in fact he was. 
August knew something was wrong with Barry, something off, eventually figuring out this wasn't Barry at all, but someone else masquearating as him, this was when August's abilitties awakened, gaining similar abilitties to that of Central City's infamous ''hero'', the Flash. He decided to figure out who really was this ''Barry Allen'' and figured to get the help of the Flash, but things sowered as this Flash tried to take August out of the equation, eventually August figuring out the faux Barry Allen and this Flash were the same person.
This was the moment August knew that it was in his hands to figure who was this man, deciding to use his powers as a speedster himself, taking the initial name of Turbine, fighting off against the Flash, claiming he wasn't a hero.
He'd go off to fight against the man claiming to be Barry for some time, every time this man would constantly barade and mock him for how wortless he was, how he couldn't save his brother nor find his killer, August would go onto a depressive state, this culminating when they finally found his brother's killer, finally snaping, August went onto his location and killed him, after this deciding to take a similar decision than his ''rival, to become a superior hero, the best speedster there could be, prevent the death of innocents everywhere, the fate of everyone being at his hands as judge, jury and executioner, finally taking on a new moniker: Godspeed.
As Godspeed, August has the same abilitties as his world's Flash, though some of his own like the abilitties to travel onto other worlds for short periods of time bia the Speed Force and to steal the speed out of Speedsters, be it by killing them or slowly drainning it out of them.
