Spectacular Spider-Man: Parker's Luck

Backstory: Peter Parker used to be a normal teenager with an affination for science. One day, he and his class went to Central City for a Science Exposition at Star Labs.Inside there, Peter was bitten by one of the geneticly altered spiders, infecting him with a small dose of venom.
If these was the end of it, Peter would have died...but plans can change. The Particle Accelerator showed at the Exposition exploded into dark matter, dark energy, affecting the world, changing the affecte DNA's.
Peter was hit by it, causing a chemical reaction in his body, combining it's DNA with small parts of the spider's DNA, giving him amazing powers. But with those great powers, must come an even greater responsability, Peter tried to use this powers for his own good, but at the cost of the death of his uncle, now Peter uses his powers as the vigilante web-swinger, Spider-Man.
Story: Years ago, buisness man Norman Osborn had an accident, a minor one in his lab while he was mixing some chemicals, the doctors said he was lucky to survive. But they didn't knew that something else happened that day, a monster was created.
The chemical once exploded caused a effect on Norman, it gave him superhuman strength and agility, but to the cost of his sanity, once he got out the hospital, a mad Norman recreated the formula. That day, a creature of nature, a insane man was born, the Green Goblin was free.
As the years passed, the Goblin constantly clashed with one man, the only man to his eyes able to face him, Spider-Man. Eventually, they would learn their secret identities, Norman constantly attacking Peter on his life and day, but one day, during a battle, Norman lossed his mind to the point of forgetting the last years, including his second persona and the secret identity of the young man.
Today, Peter's life you could say is at it's best, he has a good job that allows him to see in first person the wonders of science, one being this weird chemical found in space that could seem to have features to heal Cancer. He's going good in school, being the first in Otto Octavius class. His relationship with MJ it's going great. As always he faces this colorful villains that seem to have something with animals and techonology, but as to Peter, life is good. But as always seems to happen, the Parker Luck struck again, The Goblin has returned, and this time, he was going to make Peter's life a burning hell.
The Goblin this time outdid himself, he destroyed the Parker house and left Aunt May on the hospital, he tried to destroy the lab containing the space chemical, causing it to escape, but one thing that surpassed that was kidnapping MJ, taking her to the Brooklyn Bridge. Peter tried to stop Norman, but even then he threw MJ out the bridge, although Peter saved her, he knew that he had to stop the Goblin.
This led to a brutal fight inside a Oscorp warehouse, one punch after the other, punking bomb, web creations, they threw everything they could to the other, but eventually The Goblin lost, Norman tried to trick Peter into having mercy on him only to kill him, but ultimately he was killed by his own glider. Peter had won, but after what happened, it felt like a loss, Harry was without a father, MJ had PTSD, everyone distrusted Spider-Man even more, the Parker Luck never fails.
Post Credits: Once back at his appartment, Peter laid down on his bed, sleeping. But unknown to him, the chemical didn't go missing, actually it was very close, as the day ended, a darker day started.
