LEGION: Timeshift

So this, this is something I never saw myself doing for the time being. A few start of the year ago, I was approached by about making Myself as a Superhero for a project of his. Unfortunately I wasn't able to actually think of something creative enough because, well I suck at being creative when it's me rather than a hero from either Marvel or DC because I don't have 70 or so years of history and mythos to draw upon.
Up until a month ago:

Secret Origins: Sometimes lightning strikes twice, be it literally or figuratively for our friend over here. Over the multiverse, there was or rather is this ''Force'' this outer source of energy that was able to give people superhuman abilitties manifested regularly in the form of Super Speed, sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't, we're going to look to one of the few times it worked.
This guy was your friendly neighbor average joe, or rather average geek, read comics from time to time, enjoyed the current superhero movie revolution, went to school, didn't do his homework and instead played games up until it was the morning. You know, usual stuff in 2017 Argentina.
Time is Relative: And then it seemingly happened, something hitted him, something that had echoed through time and space years ago, it was this ''Force'', and like all of the previous users of it, he was given powers, however it wasn't the usual super-speed, it was something different. Unlike any other speedster, he was able to manipulate what is called a ''personal time-field'' arround him, in a sense slowing and speeding up time at will and simulating the sense of superspeed to those who saw it happen.
While at first seeing this as a chance to be like the heroes he read day a day so much to the point of basing his costume upon one of them, he instead decided to make a legacy of his own, calling himself Timeshift, however, he also decided so stay as more of a local hero, more with the already existing presence of a Speedster of the likes of Vithun. 
And thus became the Flash--erh I mean Your Friendly Neighborhood Time--erh I meant to say Timeshift, yeah...that's it.

Notes:
As you may have noticed, I'm using the same format as I do on my regular stuff except for the ''Portrayed by'' part (and for those missing it, it's basically Me portraying Myself, so eh)
Also wanted to mention that the costume underwent some changes over time, first it was literally ''brown Jay Garrick'', then it became Speedster Spidey and now, well it's still that.
One last thing, for those wondering what type of hero this is, I'll explain: Imagine the epitome of a street level hero, no abilitties, no ''training with the League of Assasins'' nor Amazons, no advanced Apokalips techonology, no STAR Labs, no Guardians of the Universe or Atlantis backing them over, just one guy in one town.
