Hawk and Dove (New Earth)

The duo of war and peace.

Secret Origins: Hank Hall and his sister Dawn were complete polar opposites. Hank was hard-headed, and irascible with a talent for athletics, however his sister was more of the intellectual and pacific crowd herself, this causing them to constantly be at odd's between each other. Despite this, they were both really close, always on the look for each other and their well-being.
During a visit to their father during at his work as a Judge, an assasination attemp was made on Hall. Sr, however it failed. Due to this, both Hank and Dawn were kidnapped by whom tried to kill their dad, the Mangheim mob or also known as Intergang.
War and Peace: During their time as hostages, the both of them heard what Intergang was going to do their father, mostly due to his involvement on locking up most of their biggest guns over the last year. Wishing they could have some way of being freed and saving him, Dawn and Hank heard both a mysterious plea of voices who offered them superpowers if they each would just "say the word".
The voices belonged to T'Charr, a Lord of Chaos, and Terataya, a Lord of Order. Even though the forces of Order and Chaos were eternal enemies, these two Lords had fallen in love. They wanted to prove to their fellow Lords the benefit of Order and Chaos' working together in balance and found two likely candidates for this purpose in both Hank and Dawn, turning them into the duo known as Hawk and Dove.
As Hawk and Dove, both Hank and Dawn served not only as a solo duo but also as perifary members of both the original Teen Titans but also as reservist for the Justice League. Currently, the both of them serve as members of the Birds of Prey alongside Black Canary, Huntress, Oracle and Blackhawk.
