We continue the second formation of the League with the part machine, part human, all titan Victor Stone

Secret Origins: Son of two of Horizon Labs premiere scientists, Silas and Elinore Stone, a olympic level athlete with potential for greatness Victor Stone was involved in an near fatal accident, causing him to lose most of his limbs and to enter into a catatonic state and his mother to die. Desperate to save his son's life, Silas used a unknown box found on Rosswell during 1982 to rebuild and reconstruct Victor's body. He succeeded, but didn't anticipate Victor's horror and anger at what he had done, eventually Vic would leave to live on Hell's Kitchen, distancing the most he could from his father and isolating from the world.
A Titan: It was in this bad neighborhood that he was found by Robin (Dick Grayson) and the newly formed Teen Titans during their first mission as they were attacked by a machine controled by demonic villain Mr. Twister. Vic would be esential to defeat Twister, as his new cybernetic enhancements gave him an advantage, desmanteling the machine and locating Twister's base.
Out of this event, Vic found a place where he was accepted and appreciated, despite his inhuman appearance. His father, still feeling guilt over what he made his son go through, constructed the Titan's Tower for his son and his companions. Victor would remain a steadfast member of the Titans for a long time, serving not only as a hero but as a primary supplemental tech source for the team.
In the Big Leagues: Eventually, as the years passed and most of the League's members left, he would be invited to graduate from Titan to a member of the Justice League, becoming a part of the second formation of the team. However, this wouldn't last as a year later the team was disbanded and reformed as the new Justice League International under the leadership of Maxwell Lord.
Despite having been invited back to join as a JLI member, Vic decided it'd be best for him to return to the Titans, but as a teacher to the new generation rather than as a student or a member.
Years would pass and eventually the untinkable happened. Superman died. This major event would cause a big ripple in the superhero community, not helped by the recent attempt of the UN to regulate the League under the Superhero Registration Act, eventually this would lead to ARGUS being reshaped onto HAMMER under Lex Luthor's commands and the JL being lead by Lex himself.
Despite being dark times, a light of hope still remained as months later, a new League would be formed by none other than the Dark Knight himself, Batman, Vic being invited onto being a member and eventually accepting, becoming a vital part of Batman's Justice League, helping as part of tech support as well as creating alonside his father Silas and GL John Stewart on recreating the defunct Watchtower.
